Take advantage of our quick, no-cost or low-cost shipping. If you have any questions, just send us an email. This is just an FYI-they don't carry any of the parts. We also found the original manual-yay! If you need to look at it, here is the link: also found out that the actual manufacturer of this model was American Machine & Tool. We found the 2 push blocks that come with the machine (pic is at bottom of page). You would think Sears would, instead of still offering various screws and whatnots for this machine, would carry one of the most-used parts! I know that the blades can be sharpened when needed, but wanted you fellas to be aware of the knife replacement issue. Like I said, my dad only used it for a project or two. However, I have inspected the blades on the unit, and they do not look worn down at all-they look quite sharp. We searched my dad's workshop & came up empty-handed as far as blades go. I've also read in a woodworking forum that a fella used a 4" generic blade and it worked, but of course you lose the extra 1/8". Sears does make a newer craftsman 4 1/8" jointer-planer, and the blades for those may possibly work (part #30746). There are no generic blades measuring 4 1/8" out there either (ugh!). I have done an extensive search on the web, and Sears no longer offers them (part #22993). First: the replacement knives for this model are not made anymore. I just wanted to add some new info that has come to light since this listing was posted. The general consensus in woodworking forums is that this model is a nice piece of equipment! It is made out of cast iron & steel (it is 35 pounds-shipping is pricey but is included FREE in this offer!). Craftsman jointer planer 149.236220 manual manual#I cannot find the exact manual for this model, but do have 149.236220 and 149.236222 (which, according to one woodworker, is the same model except for a safety latch). The unit has not been used extensively (my dad was not an avid woodworker, but kept it around for small projects only). It has been kept in good working condition & will include a new blade set (if I can find them). This unit was made sometime between 19, and is in very good condition with minor paint wear from previous use. This listing is for a Sears Craftsman 4 1/8" Jointer-Planer, model #149.236221.
